The Alpha Shop website (www.alphaegift.com) (“site”) and mobile application (“app”) are operated by Alpha Establishment Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Alpha Shop website or mobile app. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, and related enquiries for digital gift cards purchased on our website.

 

1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds after this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with no stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Worn or used items
  • Damaged items due to customer handling
  • Final sale / clearance items (unless defective)
  • Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item back and provide tracking information
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

4. Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., size or color):

  • Please request a return and place a new order
  • Or contact us for assistance (subject to stock availability)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and must follow the return process

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider (credit card company / PayPal)
  • If the issue persists, please contact us

8. Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Accounts that show abusive return behavior may be restricted.
