Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Alpha egift website or mobile app. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, and related enquiries for digital gift cards purchased on our website.

 

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Alpha eGift are digital gift cards or electronic codes that are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.
Once a digital code has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned, as the product is considered used or consumed upon delivery.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or incorrect product selections.

2. Exceptions – Valid Refund or Replacement Cases

We understand that rare technical issues can occur.
We will review refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The gift card code is invalid, non-functional, or cannot be redeemed due to an issue verified with the issuer.
  • You have paid successfully, but did not receive your digital product within 24 hours, and our support team confirms it was not delivered.
  • The wrong product was delivered due to an internal system or human error on our part.

Conditions for Review:

To qualify for investigation, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
  2. Provide your Order Number, purchase email, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include a screenshot of the redemption error message (if applicable).

All verified cases will be investigated within 3–5 business days. If approved, a replacement code or refund will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You entered the wrong email address during checkout.
  • The gift card has already been redeemed or partially used.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the product.
  • The brand-specific redemption platform (e.g., Apple, Steam, PlayStation) has restrictions or region locks beyond our control.
  • You failed to follow the correct redemption steps or instructions.
  • You are attempting to use a card outside of its valid region (for example, redeeming a US card on a non-US account).

4. Fraud Prevention and Verification

Alpha eGift reserves the right to delay or deny refunds if fraud or abuse is suspected.
We may request additional information, such as:

  • Proof of payment (bank statement or PayPal transaction ID).
  • Identity verification to confirm account ownership.

We take these precautions to protect both our customers and our business against fraudulent transactions.

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product can be replaced instead of refunded, we will send a new valid code at no additional cost.

6. Responsibility for Email and Delivery

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly before completing payment.
Alpha eGift is not responsible for digital products sent to an incorrect or inaccessible email address provided by the customer.
