Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Alpha egift website or mobile app. This Delivery Policy explains how digital gift cards purchased on our website are processed and delivered to customers. We aim to ensure every order is fulfilled securely, quickly, and reliably.

 

1. Nature of Delivery

All products sold through Alpha eGift are digital gift cards or electronic codes.
There is no physical delivery — all items are delivered electronically via email to the recipient address provided during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your payment has been successfully received and verified:

  • Most digital gift cards are delivered instantly (within a few minutes).
  • In rare cases, orders may take up to 24 hours for manual review or verification.

Processing delays can occur if:

  • Payment verification requires additional security checks.
  • The order triggers a fraud-prevention review.
  • The product is temporarily out of stock or being restocked by our suppliers.

We always strive to complete all deliveries as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Method

Your digital gift card will be delivered electronically in one or more of the following ways:

The delivery email will include:

4. Responsibility for Email Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Alpha eGift is not responsible for failed or misdirected deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or misspelled email addresses.
  • Full or inactive inboxes.
  • Email filters or blocks by the recipient’s provider.

If a digital code is sent to the wrong email address provided by the customer, we cannot reissue or refund that order once the code has been delivered.

5. Order Verification and Security

To protect our customers and partners from fraudulent activity, Alpha eGift uses automated and manual verification systems.
We may:

  • Delay delivery while verifying payment authenticity.
  • Request additional identification or proof of payment for certain transactions.
  • Cancel or refund orders that fail verification or appear suspicious.

Verification checks typically take a few hours, but may extend to 24 hours in rare cases.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for instant delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Payment provider delays (e.g., PayPal, bank).
  • Technical errors or server downtime.
  • Supplier system maintenance.
  • Network congestion or email delivery issues.

If a delay exceeds 24 hours, please contact our support team for immediate assistance. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Confirmation

When your order is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after payment.
  • A delivery email containing your digital gift card details.

This email serves as proof of delivery.
If you have an account with us, you can also view your order history and product details by logging in to www.alphaegift.com.

8. Failed Delivery or Missing Email

If you do not receive your gift card email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder and promotions tab.
  • Ensure that your email storage is not full.
  • Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

If the issue persists after 30 minutes, contact our team at contact@alphaegift.com with your Order Number and payment reference so we can assist promptly.

9. Product Activation and Redemption

Once you receive your digital gift card, follow the instructions provided in your delivery email to redeem it.
Please note:

  • Some cards may have regional restrictions (e.g., US or UK accounts only).
  • You must redeem the card in accordance with the brand’s official terms and conditions.
  • Alpha eGift is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect redemption, expired codes, or brand-specific limitations.

10. Fraud and Security Monitoring

All transactions are monitored for suspicious or unauthorised activity.
Alpha eGift reserves the right to:

  • Delay, cancel, or investigate any order suspected of fraudulent intent.
  • Refuse service to users who engage in chargebacks, misuse of discounts, or other abusive practices.

Such measures ensure the safety and integrity of our platform and customers.

11. Technical Issues

If a delivery is delayed or disrupted due to a technical issue on our platform or with our suppliers, we will take immediate steps to resolve the issue and ensure delivery as soon as possible.
In rare cases where a product cannot be delivered, you will be offered either:

  • A replacement gift card of equal value, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
